Annual Meeting Registration

Registration opens November 27!
Register by February 16 to receive the lowest rates.
The early-bird deadline for the Annual Meeting is February 16. The regular registration deadline for the Annual Meeting is March 30. Late registrations will be accepted, online only, through April 20. After April 20, registrations will only be processed at the ARRS On-Site Registration Welcome and Information Center in Washington, DC.


Annual Meeting Cancellation Policies

Cancellations received in writing by March 30, 2018, will be processed after the meeting minus the $100 nonrefundable cancellation fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations for any reason after March 30. Refund requests of the $100 cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested. Submitted registration forms by mail, fax, or online serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of these cancellation policies.

Annual Meeting Transfer to Virtual Meeting

Need to change your registration from the Annual Meeting to the Virtual Meeting? Written requests received by March 30 will require a $100 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional virtual registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record. Written requests received by April 13 will require a $200 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional virtual registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record. After April 13, requests to transfer from the Annual Meeting to the Virtual Meeting cannot be processed.


ARRS Membership

ARRS membership must be current at the time of registration as well as for the duration of the Annual Meeting to receive the discounted member registration rates. If your ARRS membership has lapsed or will lapse between the date of registration and the end of the meeting, you must either renew your membership or pay the nonmember registration fees. Discounted meeting registration fees are a benefit for current ARRS members.


Nonmembers Applying for ARRS Membership for the Annual Meeting

Nonmembers may apply for ARRS membership and receive the Annual Meeting member registration fee discount. Nonmembers should submit a membership application with the Annual Meeting registration form by fax or mail prior to April 13 to receive the member registration fee discount. After April 13, the membership application and Annual Meeting registration form must be submitted together at the ARRS On-Site Registration Welcome and Information Center in Washington, DC.

Annual Meeting registrants requiring auxiliary aids or services as identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact ARRS at meeting@arrs.org.
