Register for the Virtual Meeting or register on site to participate in San Diego.

Your membership must be current in order to receive the discounted member rate. Nonmembers who wish to apply for ARRS membership and pay the member registration fees must do so no later than Friday, January 13, 2017. See below for more information on becoming a member. 

In-Person Breast Imaging Symposium

All in-person registrants will be provided with session recordings after the Symposium. The recordings may be used as a reference to refresh knowledge gained in the course in San Diego and will be available to all in-person registrants from February 7–March 3, 2017. CME credit may not be claimed for viewing the reference recordings.

Upgrade In-Person Registration to Include Virtual Meeting

Can’t attend all the sessions during the In-Person meeting in San Diego? You have the option to upgrade your registration to include access to the live streaming ARRS Breast Imaging Symposium. In-Person registrants may select to pay an additional $99 to access the Virtual Meeting.

CME credit should only be claimed for sessions viewed either live at the ARRS In-Person Breast Imaging Symposium or viewed in live-time through the ARRS Virtual Breast Imaging Symposium. CME cannot be claimed twice for the same lecture. Wi-Fi access in the meeting rooms at the ARRS In-Person Breast Imaging Symposium will not be available to access the Virtual Meeting.

In-Person Registration Policies

Join to Receive the Member Rate: To join and receive the member rate, submit a membership application online and fax your registration form to 703-729-4839 and indicate that you submitted an online membership application. You may also fax a completed membership form with your registration form. In order to be eligible to receive the discounted member registration fees, the membership application must be received no later than Friday, January 13, 2017. After January 13, the membership application and Breast Imaging Symposium registration form must be submitted together at the On-Site Registration in San Diego.

In-Person Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation requests received by Friday, January 13, 2017, will be refunded after the meeting, minus a $100 cancellation fee. The $100 cancellation fee is nonrefundable. After Friday, January 13, 2017, absolutely no refunds will be issued. After Friday, January 13, 2017, all registrations will be handled on-site only.

Transfer In-Person Meeting to Virtual Meeting Policy: Need to change your registration from the In-Person Symposium to the Virtual Symposium? Written requests must be received no later than January 13, 2017, and a $100 transfer fee will be charged to make the requested change in the meeting registration record.
