In-Person Practical PET/CT: What You Need To Know
Can’t attend or watch a session live? Don’t worry. All sessions will be available with on-demand credit for up to 10.5 CME/SA-CME for all registrants. Simply view the recordings and answer the corresponding questions to earn your credit. On-demand session credit must be claimed no later than November 6, 2017.

To apply for membership before September 25:
Apply Online:
Go to www.arrs.org and click on Membership. Be sure to indicate on the online form that you plan to attend the Practical PET/CT: What You Need To Know course and fax your course registration form to ARRS at 703-729-4839 after submitting your online membership application.

Go to www.arrs.org and click on Membership. Send the completed application with your course registration form by fax to 703-729-4839 or mail both documents to: ARRS, 44211 Slatestone Court, Leesburg, VA 20176-5109.
After September 25, you may submit your membership application online at www.arrs.org or by fax to 703-729-4839. You will be notified once your application has been processed and you may register for the meeting online at that time. All membership applications must be received no later than October 4, 2017.

In-Person Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation requests received by Monday, September 25, 2017, will be refunded after the course, minus a $50 cancellation fee. The $50 cancellation fee is nonrefundable. After Monday, September 25, 2017, absolutely no refunds will be issued.
Transfer In-Person Meeting to Virtual Meeting Policy: Need to change your registration from the In-Person course to the Virtual course? Written requests of transfers received by September 25 will require a $50 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional virtual registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record. Written requests of transfers received by October 6 will require a $100 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional virtual registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record.

No shows to the live streaming meeting will not be refunded regardless of the reason including conflicts that arise with a registrants schedule or failure to test the computer connection prior to the live streaming meeting as instructed. Failure to join the live event (e.g., late arrivals or early departures) does not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund.
