ARRS is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Self-assessment modules (SAMs) have been qualified by the American board of Radiology (ABR) to meet the criteria for self-assessment in fulfilling the requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program. For residents of countries in the European Union, the American Medical Association (AMA) has an agreement of mutual recognition of continuing medical education (CME) credit with the European Union of Medical Specialties (UEMS).
