Q. Where will the meeting
A. The Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, May 5–Friday May 10, 2019, at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Q. What is the registration deadline?
A. The regular registration deadline for the meeting is April 3. After April 3, late registrations will only be accepted online. Paper registrations by postal mail or fax cannot be processed after April 3. To obtain the best registration rates, plan to register by the early-bird deadline of March 1.
Q. How do I register after the regular registration deadline, April 3?
A. After April 3, you may either register for the Annual Meeting online through May 10 or you may register in-person at the ARRS On-Site Registration Welcome and Information Center at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii between May 5–10.
Q. Do I need to register guests for the meeting? What does the guest fee include?
A. The fee is $125 per guest and provides entrance to the Connection Quad, which includes daily lunches Monday–Thursday as well as beverage breaks throughout the week. Guests are not allowed entry to areas where educational sessions or events are being held including the fee-based Categorical Courses or the Reading Room. Guests are not eligible to claim CME, SAM, SA-CME, or ARLM credits and do not receive any educational materials. Individuals eligible for ARRS membership may not register as a guest and must pay the general registration fee.
Q. Are children’s programs or child care available during the meeting?
A. ARRS does not provide children’s programs or child care. Please ask your hotel concierge for a list of local companies that offer child care services. For safety reasons, security will be notiﬁed if children are left unattended in any of the ARRS meeting space areas at the Hawaii Convention Center.
Q. Does my membership need to be current in order to attend at the ARRS member rate?
A. Yes, to receive the discounted member rate, which is a member beneﬁt, your ARRS membership must be current at the time that you register for the meeting as well as for the duration of the Annual Meeting. If your membership has lapsed or will lapse between the date you register and the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, you must pay your membership renewal or pay the nonmember registration fee. A submitted registration form online, by fax, or mail serves as acknowledgement, acceptance, and agreement of this policy.
Q. Can I become an ARRS member to take advantage of registration savings?
A. Absolutely! Discounted meeting registration fees
are a benefit of ARRS membership. If you plan to
attend the ARRS 2019 Annual Meeting, apply for membership at the same time you submit your Annual Meeting registration form to ensure your membership status is conﬁrmed and you receive the membership registration discount. If you want to join ARRS after April 30, you will need to bring your membership and registration paperwork to the ARRS On-Site Registration Welcome and Information Center at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Membership. Be sure to indicate on the online form that you plan to attend the ARRS 2019 Annual Meeting, and fax your Annual Meeting registration form to ARRS at 703-729-4839 after submitting your online membership application.

After April 3, you may submit your membership application online at www.arrs.org or
by fax to 703-729-4839. You will be notiﬁed once your application has been processed and
you may register for the meeting online at that time.
Q. Will I receive a registration conﬁrmation?
A. Registration conﬁrmations are emailed to registrants. It is important to provide your email address with your registration materials to ensure receipt of your conﬁrmation and any updates regarding the meeting. Make sure the email address provided is set up to accept messages from ARRS so your Annual Meeting communications do not go to a SPAM or junk mail folder or become blocked entirely.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Written requests for cancellation
should be sent by email to

Written requests for refunds received by April 3 will be processed after the meeting minus a 25% nonrefundable cancellation fee. After April 3, cancellations will be processed but refunds will not be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Refund requests of the 25% nonrefundable cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested. A submitted registration form online, by fax, or mail serves as acknowledgement, acceptance, and agreement of these cancellation policies.
Q. Can I transfer my Annual Meeting registration to a Virtual Meeting registration?
A. Yes, you may transfer your Annual Meeting registration
record to an Virtual Meeting registration record by
providing a written request by email to email@example.com; by fax to 703-729-4839; or by mail to: ARRS, 44211 Slatestone Court, Leesburg, VA 20176-5109. Written requests received by April 3 will require a $100 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional virtual registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record. Written requests received by April 30 will require a $200 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional virtual registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record. After April 30, requests to transfer from the Annual Meeting to the Virtual Meeting cannot be processed.
