I am registering for the Virtual Meeting and I will not be attending the meeting in Pittsburgh, PA.

By completing my registration, I agree to the Virtual Annual Meeting cancellation policies. On-demand access and credit claiming for the 2026 ARRS Virtual Annual Meeting will be available through April 15, 2027. Should you still need to cancel your registration, cancellations received in writing by March 20, 2026, will be processed after the meeting, minus the $75 nonrefundable cancellation fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations for any reason after March 20. Refund requests of the $75 cancellation fee will not be considered, regardless of the registration category, amount paid , or when registered. Submitted registration forms by mail, fax, or online serve as acknowledgment and acceptance of these cancellation policies.

Register to participate in Pittsburgh or virtually, and if your plans change, you can transfer your registration to the alternate form of participation. Please note, there will be a delay in processing requests received on or after April 6 due to staffing for the meeting. Requests will not be processed after the conclusion of the meeting.

I understand that copying any presentation by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Meeting registrants are given access to all session recordings and credit is available on demand during the meeting. Access and credit claiming continue to be available through April 15, 2027.
