Emergency Radiology: Insights from Radiology’s Front Line

Emergency Radiology is a distinct new subspecialty in radiology, which has arisen out of a need for "super-generalist" radiologists who are proficient in the acute diagnosis of trauma and other acute emergencies. This ARRS Virtual Symposium on Thursday, January 25 will review emergency imaging of children and adults, covering the head and neck, chest, abdomen, and extremities, and emphasizing trauma, both blunt and penetrating. Experts will also expand on the unique niche of the Emergency Radiologist, how divisions of Emergency Radiology are organized within Academic Medical Centers today, and how someone can train to become an Emergency Radiologist.
  • Earn up to 4 CME credits during and after the presentation through January 25, 2025
  • Gain insights into the emerging field of emergency radiology
  • Learn from esteemed subspecialized radiologists from across the country
  • Access session recordings and credit claiming for one year
