Learning Outcomes

After attending the symposium, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance and implications of certain imaging findings, across various body systems.  
  • Outline previously learned material crucial to making correct emergent imaging diagnoses.
  • Identify and communicate life-threatening diagnoses in a timely fashion.
  • Adopt or improve a radiology practice or department disaster preparedness and response plan, also known as an emergency operations plan (EOP).

Registration for the symposium opens March 28. Your membership must be current to receive the discounted member rate. Nonmembers may apply for ARRS membership and pay the member fees.

The target audience is radiologists at all training levels that are involved in clinical coverage of emergency department imaging.
