The following open access educational offerings have been developed by ARRS, the ARRS International Outreach Committee, and ARRS Global Partners to share information on various topics in radiology. ARRS aims through the global education program to provide knowledge and expertise that is meant to be shared with radiologists, in-training radiologists, and allied professionals throughout the world. These global education offerings do not offer credit.

Update on MR Imaging Web Symposium Presented in Spanish

ARRS is pleased to present this MR Imaging Web Symposium. The lectures were presented live as part of the SERAM-ARRS 2023 Body MR Course in Spain. Lectures presented include spinal cord pathology, abdomen and pelvic MR, neuro imaging, and new horizons in MR Imaging.

This course presents five lectures and case review on a range of abdominal imaging topics.

Multimodality Acute Case Review: Radiology from Head to Below the Knee

This course will present a series of six case reviews in the following specialty areas of radiology: musculoskeletal, pediatric, neuroradiology, head and neck, abdominal, and chest.

Gynecology and Obstetrics Ultrasound

Learn various uterine anomalies and the effects on infertility. Review ultrasound of uterine/cervical masses with a focus on differentiation of benign and malignant processes, characteristics of adnexal masses, and O-RADS. Determine normal and abnormal ultrasound findings in the first trimester of pregnancy and common predictors of pregnancy failure.

Brain Tumors: From Child to Adult

This course provides a comprehensive review of the role of conventional and advanced imaging techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors in children and adults, and reviews key concepts of the 2021 WHO classification of brain tumors. ARRS is proud to have partnered with the Spanish Society of Medical Radiology (SERAM) to present this course.

Abdominal PET/CT: Innovations and Implications

This course focuses on recent innovations (new instrumentation and radiopharmaceuticals) that have implications for abdominal PET/CT in clinical practice. Session topics include: Technical Advances in PET/CT, Prostate PET/CT, Neuroendocrine PET/CT, and Lutathera: What You Need to Know to Start Your Program.

Biliary Imaging

This course focuses on diagnostic and therapeutic considerations in biliary imaging. MRCP: Role in Patient Care; Cholangiocarcinoma: Current Concepts; and the Role of Imaging Prior to Biliary Intervention are key concepts reviewed in this course.

Tuberculosis: From Head to Toe

Approximately 25 percent of the world population is infected with tuberculosis (TB), a disease that has resurged due to HIV, drug resistance, and socioeconomic factors. Imaging plays a central role in the diagnosis and management of TB. This course reviews manifestations of the disease throughout the body from head to toe. ARRS is proud to collaborate with the Sociedad Mexicana de Radiología e Imagen (SMRI) to present this course.

This multimodality, multispecialty course highlights the similarities and different diagnostic approaches to common presentations and challenges of cardiovascular diseases.

ARRS in collaboration with the Sociedad Mexicana de Radiología e Imagen (SMRI) is pleased to present this web symposium. Lectures include topics related to the state-of-the-art use of ultrasound for the evaluation of the male reproductive organs and uterine imaging.
